You can only join in a party if you do a Slot Machine event and enter Valhalla .
in Cross Roads / other maps:
1. You need to go to the team stone
2. Enter Organizing Stone
3.Request a party or make your own party.
in Valhalla:
after entering the Valhalla you may now request your party or make your own.
Valhalla is in Demon City.
