VP bar is for Movement. 200 is its max value.

100 points of it is automatically added after a new day in the server.

(GMT -5) is the server time

1 Outside Monster Battle = 1 Movement point

when it reached zero no more experience is awarded after defeating the enemy but you can still finish any quest.

There are two ways to fill it up.

1. Go to Hall, enter Lounge and buy movement.

2. Use Konoha item to give you 5 points.
