Here are the following recipes to synthesize Iron Ore and Rare Ore.

Iron Ore:

Armor + Armor Disassembler + Armor Disassembler = Iron Ore

Weapon + Weapon Disassembler + Weapon Disassembler = Iron Ore

Accessory+ Accessory Disassembler + Accessory Disassembler = Iron Ore

Rare Ore:

Weapon + Mystery Disassembler+ Hand Grenade = Rare Ore (60% chance)

Armor + Mystery Disassembler+ Hand Grenade = Rare Ore (60% chance)

Accesory + Mystery Disassembler+ Hand Grenade = Rare Ore (60% chance)

Where to find them:

Armor, Weapon, Accessory, and Disassemblers can be found at item merchant just refresh if it is not there.Mystery Disassemblers can be found at the mystery tab of the item merchant. Disassemblers are free of charge.

Hand grenade can be found in Map Exploring or by synthesizing.
